How to arrive
The car park is large and easy to reach. Just follow the directions for the Nuvolera sports field (click here for the coordinates).
After arriving at the car park you will have to choose which route to follow. The bench can in fact be reached through two different paths: the first starts right from the sports field, the other from the church of San Rocco.
We advise you to opt for the latter, therefore starting from the church. The road is easier to take. In both cases, the place to park is the same.
The way
Regardless of the road you decide to take, you will go through a fairly short, but uphill path.
Starting from the church of San Rosso we suggest you stop for a moment to visit it. You will immediately realize that it is a well-kept church and with a garden that deserves to be admired.
After the church begins the beaten and narrow path that will take you to the top of the bench. The road is well maintained and easy to navigate.
In no time at all you will find yourself in the clearing where the giant bench is located. We were lucky enough to attend its inauguration! We still remember well how the bench with its big red bow overlooked the town below.
From here the view really deserves. The bench positioned much higher than your starting point will allow you to scan the horizon far away.
You will realize that you have arrived so high when, taking a look down, you will notice the sports field from which you really started a moment ago! 😀
