Park your car in the parking lot of the Schilpario Cemetery (click here for the coordinates)
It is not the only car park in the town but this is certainly the closest to the route and most likely to find a place.
The way
The way to the big bench starts from the beginning from a considerable height.
Schilpario is in fact located at 1,130 meters above sea level.
Since the starting point already starts from this height, I anticipate that to reach the panoramic point where the bench is located, you will not have to do much effort!
The road starts with a dirt stretch that runs alongside houses and residential land in the area. On the way there will be some slight uphill.
The route is simple and pleasant to walk. In less time than expected you will have arrived at this magnificent bench that awaits you there, scanning the horizon.
Info & Advice
I recommend that you do not follow the directions you find in the town. In fact, there are some indications on the classic white and red trail signs, which indicate the big bench. Following these guidelines will make it much harder to reach your goal.
The path indicated by this sign is not cared for and will make the walk much more complicated than necessary. The path is sometimes unsafe to cross.
I advise you to follow the instructions I left you in the article.
