How to arrive

To start the journey, you can park in one of the many car parks in “Viale A. Foletto, Pieve di Ledro” (click here for the coordinates). Unfortunately they are almost all paid and in the high season (summer) you might struggle to find a free one, while in the winter season you won’t have any problems!

The way

The route starts from the Pieve di Ledro beach and runs along the coast offering you a view of the lake along its entire route.

The way is well maintained and along it you will even come across picnic tables as well as fountains, baskets and benches to refresh yourself for a few minutes.

After about 1 km and a half you will arrive at the village of Mezzolago where, continuing on, you will move away from the coast to enter the streets of the hamlet. The road continues on the upper part of the coast, in a pedestrian area that will allow you to rejoin the lake coast again.

At this point you just have to walk the last stretch which is right on the side of a campsite. Along this stretch you will finally reach Molina di Ledro.

Officially, the route reaches the former town hall of Molina di Ledro but before reaching it, i.e. before leaving the coast, I recommend you visit the interesting pile-dwelling museum (paid entry).
